1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Swift Edge Co. Ltd’s website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Swift Edge Co. Ltd offers various services including, but not limited to, web design, graphic design, branding, social media management, and marketing materials. Specific terms for each service will be outlined in our agreements with clients.
3. Payment and Fees
All service fees must be paid as per the payment schedule agreed upon at the start of the project. We accept payments via local bank transfers, mobile money (such as M-Pesa and Tigo-Pesa), and international payments through Nala or other approved online platforms. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including designs and materials created by Swift Edge Co. Ltd, remains our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership rights transfer to the client. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Marketing and Attribution
To showcase our work and promote our services, we reserve the right to include our company name or logo in areas such as the footer of websites we design or in social media bios for accounts we manage. This will be for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed with the client.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect our clients’ privacy and confidentiality. Any information provided by clients will be securely stored and only used for purposes directly related to the services rendered.
7. Termination of Services
Swift Edge Co. Ltd reserves the right to terminate services for any violation of these Terms or at our discretion. Clients may also terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in their service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Swift Edge Co. Ltd will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Mwanza, Tanzania.
